About Palos Verdes

 Our neighborhood consists of 473 homes built between the early 1960s and late 1970s. We are located between E Orchard Road (North), E Caley Avenue (South), S Newport Street (East), and S Holly Street (West). 

 Every year PVCA sponsors neighborhood events such as a Spring Treasure Hunt, 4th of July Parade, Summer Picnic, Halloween Hospitality Hut, and a bi-weekly food truck.

•  Start gathering together your large pieces of unwanted items for the next Dumpster Day. We will have 2 dumpsters to fill, starting at 8 am.  PVCA membership is required and dues can be paid a the event.

 We maintain entrance signs, the flag, perimeter fences, tree/shrubbery planting, water/trimming and weed control.

We  advocate for  capital improvements with Centennial, Arapahoe County and Greenwood Village.
