Supporting our Civic Association is a community effort!
Costs for all the services we provide are increasing yearly, and every resident benefits from what we do with our limited budget. Without an HOA, we rely on our residents to fund everything that we do to enhance our community: Landscape Enhancements/Maintenance, Perimeter Fence Maintenance, Dumpster Days, Block Parties, Community Engagement Events, Neighborhood Newsletter, and more. A real value for $75.00!
THANK YOU!

The current service that people signed up for, known as ArapAlert thru CodeRed, suffered some outages. Everyone needs to re-register through the link below.

Feel free to send your questions or comments to Palosverdescolorado@gmail.com or attend the annual meeting to discuss with the Board.

We are a Civic Association – with a low annual, optional fee of $75. A civic association is a group of citizens who have voluntarily joined together for collective action on community affairs. Our objectives are to preserve, enhance, and plan for the orderly development of the neighborhood and to promote the general welfare, safety, and civic spirit of the community. We serve as a vital link between residents and local government authorities. By acting as a platform for dialogue and collaboration, these forums enable residents to communicate their needs and priorities to decision-makers at the City of Centennial level.

All Palos Verdes residents are welcome to use the kiosk located at Palos Verdes Park.

Your Board has been hard at work planning new landscaping for three neighborhood entrances. The work has been completed at Niagara and Caley, and soon there will be new plantings at the Maplewood entry and on the Locust Island.
If you are interested in helping us water the new vegetation, we would really appreciate some extra hands. Please reach out to us from the website if you are able to pitch in until the plants are established. Thanks!

Have you ever stopped to look at this unique house on East Maplewood? It was built around 1960, near the end of
Eisenhower's presidency and was supposedly designed by a student of Frank Lloyd Wright, the famed architect.

Did you know PVCA will now contribute $100 towards the cost of a block party?

Attend one of our monthly board meetings, in person or virtually, or volunteer for one of our social events.
